Nea Clark is an ADHD coach, psychotherapist (MSc), supervisor and author specialising in ADHD in adults.

Her journey into this work began when her daughter was diagnosed with ADHD. As she immersed herself in research and training, she began to recognise her own combined-type ADHD traits, an experience that now deeply informs how she supports neurodivergent clients.

Today, Nea works with high-performing professionals and business owners who feel overwhelmed, disorganised or constantly stretched. She helps them understand how their brains work and build practical systems that create consistent, lasting change.

With over 15 years of experience and three published books on ADHD, her work combines clinical depth with practical, real-world application.

Alongside her coaching work, she trains and mentors coaches, counsellors and psychotherapists around the world who want to confidently support ADHD clients.

Client Reviews

“I came into the programme thinking my problem was discipline. From the outside I looked successful, but behind the scenes I was overwhelmed, constantly mentally overloaded, and struggling to prioritise. Understanding that this was inattentive ADHD changed everything. I now know how to structure my time, manage my energy, and keep my business moving without burning myself out.”

— Anne, Business Owner, 42

“I did not realise until this work that I had been living with inattentive ADHD. I just thought I was inconsistent, easily distracted, and somehow failing at things that looked simple to everyone else. What changed for me was learning exactly what support I need, how to manage sensory and emotional overload, and how to get back into action when I start to freeze or procrastinate.”

— David, Founder, 34

“My head was full of ideas all the time, but I was finding it hard to translate them into action. I would jump between projects, delay important tasks, and then feel ashamed that I still was not doing enough. The coaching helped me understand my patterns, work with motivation instead of against it, and create a way of running my business that is far more focused and sustainable.”

— Emma, Entrepreneur, 38
