ADHD Group Coaching
This form of ADHD coaching can be beneficial for individuals who like to work with others. Hearing that others have similar struggles, what are their symptoms and how they experience their life, helps to normalise the concept and management of ADHD.
During the coaching, we address the practical side of the ADHD issues. The modules are drawn from psychology and neurology to lead an understanding of ADHD and provide you with tools to manage it. In the first part of each session, we build awareness and in the second part of the session, we move on to the management of the topic. The course is built of 10 coaching sessions which are 90 minutes long.
